How to set up your booking

To proceed with the booking, you must first determine the available time. Navigate to the left side menu and select “booking” from the dropdown menu, then choose “Availability”. Here, you can establish time slots for each weekday. To select the starting time for bookings, click on the start time field, and select the end time in the next field. The slot interval can be set to at least 30 minutes. You can enter the maximum number of bookings per slot and select the days on which this will apply before clicking “save slot”. Feel free to use different time slots as needed. Scroll down and click the “submit button”

To set up your booking click on the “booking settings” option on the left-hand side. Provide a brief description to guide or welcome your customers. It’s important to be clear and concise here.

Next, activate the booking process by clicking on the on-radio button. You can select the slot interval and choose between a single or multi-date booking style. You also have the option to approve bookings automatically or manually under “booking assignment.” The booking mode is free.

To ensure proper scheduling, add buffer times before and after each booking. This allows for a set amount of time between appointments, such as 30 minutes to clean up.

Make sure to indicate your availability for future bookings if your current time slots are filled. Finally, click the “submit information” button to save your settings. Test your settings on the front end to ensure they are accurately reflected.
