What payment method to you accept?
We accept Paypal, Paystack, YellowCard, and Stripe.
What if my profession is not in the category list?
If you can’t find your profession in the category list, you can request for it by using our contact form, explaining your services and the category.
Is there any commitment or commission fee?
No. There’s no commitment or commission fee for transactions between customers and service providers.
Is there any subscription fee for customer?
No, the customers do not pay any subscription fee to join experthubs, or commitment fee to hire a service provider.
How trustworthy is your service providers?
All our service providers are profiled before granting them access to our portal. There’s a thorough verification process each service provider goes through before joining our portal.
How secure is experthubs?
Experthubs is highly secured. We have high-level security integrations that secure the users’ accounts and with daily automated backup.
How does the booking system works?
The booking system enables the service provider to create a booking option that matches his schedule, availability, location, and region. It also allows the customers to easily book an appointment with the service provider.
How does the invoicing works?
The invoice allows you to create an invoice from your dashboard. To bill your customers for the services you offer, you can generate invoices from your dashboard. This allows you to quickly and easily reply to the quotes that customers request from you.
