How to create invoice

To create an invoice, log in to your account and click on the Invoice link in the left side menu. Then, select Add Invoice. In the pop-up window, enter the invoice reference number and due date, click the customer field, and select the customer you want to send the invoice to. Next, select the invoice status from the drop-down list. If you have any discounts or taxes, you can enter them in the corresponding fields. In the service field, you can select the service that the invoice is for. If there is a fixed price, select “fix.” If it’s based on time, select “hour” and enter the number of hours along with a description and price. Use the text field area to give any necessary instructions to the customer, such as payment instructions or bank account information. Once you’re ready, click the submit button to send the invoice.
